The Syria peace talks, another round of
international negotiations to resolve the Syrian Civil War, were held in
Vienna, Austria, at the level of foreign ministers on 30 October 2015. The
second round of talks are due on 14 November. One of the main points of
contention will be to determine whom to include among opposition groups in
future negotiations. The Russian foreign minister, Sergey V. Lavrov, during a
visit to Armenia on Monday, said that the talks should concern themselves with
who should represent the Syrian opposition and who should be considered
extremists, instead of whether to replace Mr. Assad, The Associated Press
reported.
The following
extract from a previous post “On how the
solar eclipse affects the US Sibly” [1] explains the nature of the cosmic energies
involved.
The solar eclipse of Sept. 13 fell on the

An
eclipse falling on a radix planet stirs it up and has this quality of
unraveling issues that we have not been ready to face. Here not only are the
deceitful intentions (Neptune) of the war god (Mars) brought into scrutiny but weakened and even
nullified (Neptune).
So why are we
going back to the eclipse of Sept. 13? The answer is fairly simple. A
progression of the eclipse chart to Saturday, Nov.14, for
Washington DC and Vienna brings the progressed angles to a conjunction with the
eclipse as the charts here show. This trigger sets of the energies potentially
contained in the chart forcing the removal of “smoke screens” to clearly
identify the terrorists who have been rampaging through Syria funded by the US
and its Middle East partners.
