Iran nuclear deal: 'New chapter' for Tehran as sanctions end

Iran "has opened a new chapter" in its ties with the world, President Hassan Rouhani said, hours after international nuclear sanctions were lifted. The move came after the international nuclear watchdog, the IAEA, said Iran had complied with a deal designed to prevent it developing nuclear weapons. Reproduced below is an extract from an earlier post [1] dt. Sept. 29, 2013 that is relevant in the present context.

The Iran-US  Davison relationship chart (Iran [1 Feb 79; 9:00 am IT, Tehran] and the US Sibly [4 Jul 1776; 17:14 LMT, Philadelphia) is shown here. The following points come to attention immediately.
The upcoming lunar eclipse [25ar] falls opposite the composite Sun [25li18]. The eclipse is conjunct the star Acamar, theta Eridani often shown as a dam in the river of life. Since eclipses are known to end old chapters  and begin new ones, it appears appropriate that this eclipse is hinting at the need for an end to the stalemate in the US-Iran relationship. The Sabian symbol for the composite Sun “An Eagle and white Dove quickly change into each other” says it all.
The directed solar arc Sun [13pi] is forming a conjunction to Moon [13pi] and Saturn [14pi]. All these are conjunct the stars Achernar [14pi] and Phoenix [14pi]. Diana Rosenberg writing about these stars says:
Endings and new beginnings…pushing boundaries, solving problems and altering mankind’s view of the world, freeing humankind from outdated illusions and outmoded conventions of thought…the ever-regenerating Phoenix offers renewal and healing….history and paradigm altering events; peace treaties.
The radix Sun [25li18] is in a sharp quincunx aspect to Pluto [25ta04] which is conjunct the star Algol .  The star Algol that has been historically prominent in atomic explosions.

A chart for the First Quarter Moon [17 Jan. 2016]  at Tehran is shown here . The Moon [26ar] coincides with the lunar eclipse and the star Acamar linking back to the issues discussed in the post above.   The TNP Admetus [28ta] is conjunct the descendant and the star Algol and also forms a paran aspect to Neptune on the IC. A key phrase for Neptune is “dissolution of boundaries” while that for Admetus is  “isolation”.  So it should not be difficult to see why the end of Iran’s isolation has come about at the First Quarter Moon.
