Ban Is History. Saturn Temple Opens Gates To Women

AHMEDNAGAR: For months, women activists, in particular Trupti Desai, have tried unsuccessfully to enter a famous temple to Saturn or Lord Shani in Maharashtra. Today, temple officials said that women will neither be encouraged nor stopped from entering the temple, effectively lifting the ban on entry of women. A chart for the lunar eclipse of March 23 drawn for Ahmednagar will help explain the news.  Notice that the eclipse places a Jupiter-Saturn-Venus-Neptune T-square very significantly on the angles. About the Jupiter-Saturn square contained in this T, Nick Fiorenza writes:

The second of three Jupiter-Saturn geocentric squares occurs on March 23, just before the Full Moon eclipse. This occurs with Jupiter retrograde and Saturn stationing about to begin its retrograde, which occurs just after the Full Moon on March 25.

This last quarter Jupiter-Saturn square, occurring now, impels movement and expansion away from societal models, sociopolitical structures, and constructs in our personal lives that have now become limiting and restricting to new growth, an energetic set in motion throughout 2016, one that will continue throughout the last quarter of this 20-year cycle, into 2020. The last quarter of a cycle is about pruning, plowing under the crops and preparing the soil so new growth can emerge in the upcoming cycle. The existing constructs in our lives simply can not support any further growth, thus we either modify those constructs so they can allow a greater level of growth and expansion, or we dismantle those constructs all together.

To this let us add that Saturn is in  Sagittarius, the sign connected with religion, so that it should not be surprising that the drama mentioned in the news is being played out in a “Saturn temple”.  But more interesting is the fact that Venus, the planet we associate with the feminine, is part of the T-square so that religious structures that had been restricting the role of the feminine are now being questioned and modified.

Finally, we notice that the eclipse axis is square the TNPs Kronos-Hades which in this case here delineates as “disgust with authority or rules and regulations” or even  “archaic rules” . Progressing the chart to April 8, the date of the news, brings the eclipse axis in alignment with the horizon triggering the news event.
