The ancient copper mines of Britain

From the summit of the Great Orme, the landscape looks as peaceful as it is striking – all rolling green hills and farmland stretching out to the blue Irish Sea. But the headland that rises over Llandudno, Wales has a secret, one that lay buried for thousands of years. More than five miles (8km) of tunnels run beneath the hill's surface. Spreading across nine different levels and reaching 230 feet (70m) deep, some are so narrow that only children would be small enough to access them. These are the tunnels of a copper mine: one that was first dug out some 3,800 years ago and that, within a couple of centuries, was the largest in Britain.  April 21http://www.bbc.com/earth/story/20160420-the-ancient-copper-mines-dug-by-bronze-age-children

This report comes from BBC London. A chart for tomorrow’s Full Moon at London is shown here. Notice that it  places Pluto on the MC, thereby giving it prominence. But  Pluto is square Venus which is therefore also emphasized by the Full Moon chart.

The name Pluto which derives from Plouton was understood as referring to "the boundless riches of the earth, both the crops on its surface—he was originally a god of the land—and the mines hidden within it." [1]. Meanwhile Venus is the planetary ruler of copper [2] so that together the New Moon is emphasizing “copper mines” which therefore appears in the news!
