Why the US Ballistic Missile Defense is useless

It's time to end the war games that Washington hawks are so obsessed with and turn swords and nuclear bombers into plowshares, F. William Engdahl stresses. After the collapse of the Soviet Union Washington and NATO took a series of steps which aimed to create "an alarming imbalance in the strategic relation" between the United States and the Russian Federation, American author, researcher and strategic risk consultant F. William Engdahl notes.
"Russia's government has just announced that it has developed a new 'bleeding edge' missile technology that would make the hundreds of billions in dollars that the USA has spent on encircling Russia (and China) with BMD installations utterly worthless. It's a new ultra-advanced ICBM called RS-26," the researcher emphasizes.
It's "a surprise, a brilliant form of checkmate as in chess," the American author notes.
The question then arises, whether it's time to stop pouring billions of US taxpayer dollars in the Pentagon's "military games." Doesn't mutually beneficial cooperation between Washington and Moscow make more sense?  http://sputniknews.com/politics/20160322/1036771662/nato-ballistic-missile-defense-rs26.html

Russia carried out a successful test-firing of an RS-26 Rubezh ballistic missile from its southern Kapustin Yar launch center, a military representative said. Mobile launcher 'Yars' missile system on the territory of Teykovo air defence missile formation in Ivanovo region. The missile’s dummy warhead hit its target at the Sary Shagan range in Kazakhstan just minutes after takeoff from the Kapustin Yar rocket launch and development site in the southern Astrakhan region on March 18, Kommersant newspaper reported Thursday, citing a Defense Ministry source in Moscow. http://sputniknews.com/russia/20150326/1020029499.html

So astrologically speaking, the question is what happened on March 18, for such a major technological breakthrough that has made “ the hundreds of billions in dollars that the USA has spent on encircling Russia (and China) with BMD installations utterly worthless”.  The question is elegantly answered if we use the Capricorn Ingress chart for Kapustin Yar and progress it to March 18 when the missile was successfully launched.  Notice that the progressed angles align with Uranus-Pluto-Zeus T-square (also in hard aspect to the horizon in radix chart). The TNP Zeus is linked to “missiles” while Uranus-Pluto is about scientific and technological breakthroughs so that the combination is pointing to the possibility of the development of a new kind of missile.

PS: The TNP Admetus[28ta] makes hard aspects to the Uranus-Pluto square. Admetus stands for an obstacle here a defensive shield against missiles. The new technology (Uranus-Pluto) allows the breaching of this defensive obstacle (shield).
