An Islamist leader has been hanged in Bangladesh
for crimes during the war of independence from Pakistan in 1971. Motiur Rahman
Nizami, 73, was executed early on Wednesday (local time), Law Minister Anisul
Haq confirmed. He had been convicted of genocide, rape and torture. Nizami had
led Bangladesh's largest Islamist party, Jamaat-e-Islami. Hundreds of people
gathered near his prison in the capital Dhaka to celebrate the hanging. Nizami
was the fifth and highest-ranked opposition leader to be executed since
December 2013 for war crimes. May 10. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-36261197
The hanging
of Motiur Rahman Nizami comes exactly on the Crescent Moon of May 10. As the
head of Jamaat-e-Islami, Nizami supported militias engaged in mass murder,
deportation and genocidal rape.
A chart for
the Moon phase at Dhaka is shown here. The Moon is conjunct the TNPs
Kronos-Hades which here stands for leaders (Kronos) with criminal background
(Hades). It is placed amidst the stars Tejat
and Propus of Gemini and kappa of Auriga. About this area Diana Rosenberg [1]writes.
Issues of hatred, intolerance and
bigotry are major concerns under the Twins: these stars were transited in 1099
when Crusaders conquered Jerusalem and slaughtered Muslims and Jews in a
ghastly blood bath; at the St. Bartholomew’s Eve massacre of the Huguenots, Paris, 1572; in
1865 when the Ku Klux Klan was founded and many others. Auriga’s whip hand is here: criminals include
head of USSR internal security Lavrenti Beria who supervised purges under
Stalin( finally executed).
Saturn in Sagittarius
here refers to the dictatorial leader heading Bangladesh's largest Islamist party,
Jamaat-e-Islami - a fundamentalist religious
organization. At the apex of a T-square with a Jupiter-Neptune that straddles the meridian, it also refers to
facing the consequences (Saturn) of
being carried away by religious fervor (Jupiter-Neptune).
Sea
Monster Cetus sent to devour innocent Andromeda
The Sun
[19ta] is conjunct stars in the jaws of the ravening Sea-Monster and tail of
the Ram.
These stars bring forth people who are tough, headstrong and
intense with a deep need to dominate, reform and control people events and
ideas. A fervent missionary zeal possesses many of them and they will lay down
the law (their law) to master themselves and their associates. While there is
great power for good work, it is essential that they understand the darker side
of themselves, for Cetus represents the ravening monsters of the subconscious
that can destroy even the most idealistic souls. The very early stars of
aggressive Perseus and belligerent Bull start here. It is well to remember that
Perseus, the hero and rescuer, can also be Perseus the slaughterer so that some
here are ruthless and cruel, even murderous. [1]
