Dehradun: Major forest fires raged today across
Uttarakhand, India even as three teams
of NDRF were deployed in Almora, Gauchar and Pauri and one team of SDRF in
Nainital to extinguish the flames. Since the beginning of forest fire incidents
in the state in early February this year, 922 incidents have occurred so far
killing six people including three women and a child, in separate incidents,
injuring seven and blighting 1890.79 hectares of green cover, Principal
Conservator of Forest (Research) B P Gupta told PTI. April 30 http://englishsamachar.in/headlines/forest-fires-rage-across-uttarakhand-ndrf-deployed
Astrologers
look at the stars to see whether there
are any omens that show how affairs on earth are likely to be affected,
according to the essential principle: as above, so below. Among the various
cosmic events, eclipses are considered especially malefic. Looking at solar and
lunar eclipse charts and planets at angles in these charts gives us a good
astrological starting point for finding areas on earth in which disasters might
occur. Quite often, as in this case, there
were two events in April; one the forest fire which was a natural disaster and
second, a man-made disaster in the form an ugly political incident that
unseated the ruling government in the state.
A chart for
the solar eclipse of September 13, 2015 drawn for Dehradun, India is shown
here. With the eclipse placed exactly on the MC, we begin to understand why
this might be one place where a disaster may strike. More specifically, the stars
conjoining the eclipse include Denebola and Shishimai of Leo; Delta Velorum of
Argo Navis; Alpha Antlia; and Asterion of Canes Venatici. In his September 2015
Lunar Planner Winds of Change & New
Beginnings, Nick Fiorenza explains why this area is connected with fires as
well as with false leaders creating a commotion (“barking dogs”) to get the
masses on their side[1].
An eclipse
that has remained dormant for sometime can be brought to life when a planet
moves over the eclipse degree or over the angles. Both these conditions are
being met for the September 13, 2015 eclipse at Dehradun. The South Node
[20vi30] of the Moon is now moving over the eclipse degree [20vi10]. And it has
been doing that for most of April 2016 since it moves so slowly. The second
trigger comes from Mars [8sa54] station retrograde on April 17 exactly on the
Ascendant [8sa22] and conjunct the star Antares [9s59]. Antares, which was Sin, the heart of the ancient Chinese
Sky-Dragon , was also called Ta-Ho,
the Great Fire!
PS:
[1] This
September 13, 2015 (Sep 12 MST) New Moon occurs under the tail of the Lion and
the tail of the Great Bear. Conjoining stars include Denebola and Shishimai of
Leo; Delta Velorum of Argo Navis; Alpha Antlia; and Asterion of Canes Venatici.
This is a windy and fiery area of the zodiak, one that can stimulate
dynamic creative expression, but one that can also be filled with diversionary
commotion and grand spectacle (especially
by false leaders trying to deceive the masses). Thus discernment from a
place in inner emotional and physical clarity is required to attune to the
transcendent currents guiding our lives rather than defining our actions based
upon the diversionary and dramatic winds swirling about [2][3].
Readers will recall that an ugly political
tug-of-war between the ruling party and the opposition took place in April when President’s rule was imposed quite arbitrarily
on the state by the Centre. The High Court ruled that had Constitutional
provisions been followed, the common man would have retained his trust in the
democratic process of this country [4].
