The world's longest and deepest rail tunnel is to
be officially opened in Switzerland, after almost two decades of construction
work. The 57km (35-mile) twin-bore Gotthard tunnel will provide a high-speed
rail link under the Swiss Alps between northern and southern Europe. Switzerland

The Gotthard
Base Tunnel (GBT) is a railway tunnel through the Alps in Switzerland, which
opened on 1 June 2016, with scheduled commercial services from December 2016. It
is the world's longest and deepest traffic tunnel and the first flat low-level
route through the Alps.
The news
comes just before the June 5 New Moon in Gemini, a sign associated with roads
and by association also tunnels and bridges which link places. A chart for the
New Moon drawn for the location of the tunnel with only the elements relevant
to our discussion is shown here. Notice that the configuration of Pluto in hard
aspect to TNPs Admetus and Zeus is significantly placed straddling the horizon
axis. Martha Wescott associates Admetus with obstacles like rocks and mountains
and Zeus with machines and concentrated, organized or focused energy. In
addition Pluto is in Capricorn, a sign linked to Saturn which rules mountains
among other things [1]. Pluto is energy that’s been roiling below the surface and
could crescendo into a full-on breakthrough as in a volcanic eruption. But with
the TNP Zeus that energy has been organized into a magnificent engineering
achievement with the element of good fortune being provided by Jupiter’s trine
to Pluto.
Once again
the chart for the New Moon serves only as the “minute hand” of the cosmic
clock. The “hour hand” is something much bigger, in this case the upcoming lunar
eclipse of August 18. A chart for the eclipse at Gotthard has the same
configuration of Zeus-Admetus-Pluto straddling the horizon and therefore
providing the same kind of energy for breakthrough as discussed above. The
eclipse axis squares the TNP Admetus which has just moved into Gemini, the sign
linked to tunnels!
Just as we
progress eclipse charts we can also regress them. If we do that for June 1, the
day the tunnel was opened, we find the eclipse aligns with the horizon axis
triggering the event!
