Dakota Access Pipeline to be rerouted

The US Army Corps of Engineers has denied the necessary easement for the $3.8 billion Dakota Access Pipeline to build near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation in North Dakota, the tribe said, on the grounds that it could contaminate water supplies. "Today, the US Army Corps of Engineers announced that it will not be granting the easement to cross Lake Oahe for the proposed Dakota Access Pipeline," the December 4 statement by Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Chairman Dave Archambault II said. "Instead, the corps will be undertaking an environmental impact statement to look at possible alternative routes."  Dec. 5 http://sptnkne.ws/cTp7

In his post  [1]on September 1 eclipse lunar cycle entitled New Directions, Nick Fiorenza outlined the essence of the cycle as “dramatizing the separation between those choosing to fight for a greater evolutionary vision and those wanting to maintain totalitarian control of the Earth”.
A chart for the Full Moon lunar eclipse of September 16, drawn for Standing Rock, Dakota is shown here.  Notice (a) that the Full Moon aligns with the meridian (b) Saturn as the apex of a T-square with Neptune and the nodal axis is conjunct the Ascendant.

Here  Neptune in Pisces represents Nature in its raw form, before human intervention, and includes the wild — the jungles and natural resources — as well as natural events. In other words, Neptune in Pisces captures all that we did not create but that was here upon our arrival; it includes all the forces of life and whatever existed before civilization. So, with this 14-year transit, we are being called to better harmonize with Nature.

The south node in Pisces is pointing towards how we have damaged the environment in the past particularly the waters of the earth. Spiritually, water represents the womb of our existence; this
is where our life energy gestates. Water pollution or scarcity affects the quality of our overall life force.

This toxic trend that human intervention has caused has  got to stop.  The distribution of fresh, clean water to places that don’t have easy access to wells is becoming a prominent human rights topic.
Saturn is conjunct the star Antares. This star is about  taking a stand against the established conditions of our personal lives and against the established order or authority directing our lives when those conditions or that authority are no longer in our best interest nor supporting our evolutionary freedom and fulfillment.

If we now progress the eclipse chart to December 5, the date of the news, we find that the progressed Ascendant conjoins Neptune and the south node triggering the message of the T-square so that we have an awakening in consciousness taking place with the dropping of the pipeline project through the sacred Indian territory.
