India doctor to operate on '500kg' Egyptian woman

An Egyptian woman, believed to be the world's heaviest woman at 500kg (1,102lb), will soon be flown to India for weight reduction surgery. Eman Ahmed Abd El Aty, 36, will be flown on a chartered plane to Mumbai where bariatric surgeon Dr Muffazal Lakdawala plans to operate. The Indian embassy in Cairo initially denied her visa request as she was unable to travel there in person. After the surgeon tweeted to India's foreign minister that changed. India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who is herself in hospital awaiting a kidney transplant, was quick to respond with an offer of help.

Ms Abd El Aty's family says she hasn't been able to leave home for 25 years now and claims she weighs 500kg. If the claim about her weight is true, then that would make her the world's heaviest woman alive as the current Guinness record holder is Pauline Potter of the United States who weighed 292kg (643lb) in 2010. The news comes to us at the First Quarter Moon of December 7. A chart for the Moon phase at Bombay is shown here. We immediately notice that the luminaries are anchored to the Uranus-Pluto-Jupiter T-square on the angles.

Pluto often involves a purification or catharsis, in which old, dead, toxic matter, both psychic and physical, is dredged up to the surface to be released.  In bodily terms, this can often manifest as a boil, eruption or abcess.  But whatever form it takes, the purification  has a karmic, fated, inevitable character. Together Uranus-Pluto  can refer to drastic steps using advanced technology  as in bariatric surgery to help remove excess body weight. In astrology Jupiter is the planet we associate with being overweight and here we find Jupiter on the descendant in a T-square with Uranus-Pluto. In addition Jupiter is in a quincunx aspect to the First Quarter Moon. A quincunx aspect is related to health issues so that Moon-Jupiter can refer to an overweight woman.

The Sun [15sa] – Saturn [18sa] conjunction which also aspects the Jupiter-Uranus opposition on the horizon axis, is placed among the stars of Ophiuchus, the healer.

Ophiuchus, or Serpentarius, the Serpent-holder, the Serpent Bearer, the Serpent Wrestler, or the Snake Charmer, is depicted holding a snake, the snake is represented by the constellation Serpens. The constellation is located around the celestial equator with the two legs of Ophiuchus protruding right into the zodiac and south of the ecliptic. Ophiuchus is identified with Aesculapius (Asklepios, Asclepius), an ancient physician who grew so skilled in the craft of healing that he was able to restore the dead to life. http://www.constellationsofwords.com/Constellations/Ophiuchus.html

Meanwhile, the Moon is in the Indian lunar mansion, Shatabhisha  “Requiring a hundred physicians” referring to illnesses that may require a tremendous medical effort. This is also the area connected with Gula, the ancient goddess of healing so that once again resonating with the Ophiuchus  Sun, the quarter Moon is linked to diseases that need to be addressed
