This news is most
elegantly explained if we begin with the chart for the total solar eclipse of March 9, 2016 drawn for

the 6th house conjunct Neptune as part of a T-square.

Putting these elements together we have the possibility that
a policeman is cured of an illness through the use of a drug like cannabis
ordinarily considered a poison (the serpent of Ophiuchus).

of the news, the progressed angles trigger the eclipse T-square.
