Parliament
has passed the Brexit bill, paving the way for the government to trigger
Article 50 so the UK can leave the European Union. Peers backed down over the
issues of EU residency rights and a meaningful vote on the final Brexit deal after
their objections were overturned by MPs. The bill is expected to receive Royal

Eclipses lunar cycles tend to bring about endings and new

At the heart of Brexit is the question “Do individual
member countries have the freedom to choose what they will or won’t do, or do
collective institutions have the power to determine what actions will and won’t
be allowed?” This is also the essence of Uranus in Aries square to Pluto in
Capricorn, which is the most significant astrological alignment of this decade.
The activation of the Uranus-Pluto cycle implies that the 2010s represent a
crossroads for human civilization in terms of how societies are organized and

through shocking revolutions or revelations, where a resistant status quo

beginning.
The alignment of
Uranus in Aries first-quarter square to Pluto in Capricorn opens the door for a
possible transfer of power from institutions (Capricorn) to localized units
(Aries). This possibility has opened because of a breakdown in our largest
institutions (Capricorn) which have
overplayed their power in ways
that are clearly self-serving (Pluto).
