Those
looking for centralized solutions to healthcare, jobs and other
"macro-problems" will suffer inevitable disappointment. The era in
which further centralization provided the "solution" has passed:
additional centralization (Medicare for All, No Child Left Behind, federal job
training, Universal Basic Income, central banking "free money for
financiers", etc.) have all entered Diminishing Returns.
The
systemic costs of centralization--corruption, cronyism, soaring prices,
declining quality, over-reach, insider rackets, regulatory capture by
corporations and oligarchs-- are soaring as the benefits of centralization
plummet.
All
the sound and fury around a centralized one-size-fits-all "solution"

Nothing, absolutely nothing that happens here on earth is
unrelated to the stars. Once we are convinced of this, the task is to learn and
understand those techniques that reveal the central principle operating behind
an event that draws our attention. The author posted his blog just a day before
Mercury moved into Aries. A chart for this event drawn for San Francisco (where

Notice that it has the all important Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto T-square
straddling the horizon axis. At the core
of this T is the Uranus-Pluto square — the ongoing and preeminent astrological
event of this decade. We shall see in
this post how the author is voicing a solution that is contained symbolically
in the Uranus-Pluto square.
On one hand, the
Uranus-Pluto synthesis brings attention to the authoritarian destructive use of
power and its ramifications. On the other, it can motivate radical and
mind-expanding change in the very foundation of consciousness that breaks us
from very deep-seated and long-standing genetic, cultural and social behavioral
patterns. The Uranus-Pluto cycle, therefore, charts the progression of radical
social movements that involve massive shifts of power from one group to
another, or from one manner of collective expression to another. These occur
through shocking revolutions or revelations, where a resistant status quo
eroded from within is overturned clearing the way through destruction for a new
beginning.
The alignment of Uranus in Aries first-quarter square to
Pluto in Capricorn opens the door for a possible transfer of power from institutions
(Capricorn) to localized units (Aries). This possibility has opened because of
a breakdown in our largest institutions (Capricorn) which have overplayed their power in ways that are clearly
self-serving (Pluto). Uranus challenges or breaks down hardened structures
whose vital time has passed. In Aries it draws our attention and efforts to solutions
that are unique, decentralized or localized.
