in Farmersville say a family's pitbull suddenly attacked their 4-year-old
daughter early Sunday afternoon. She was bitten in the face and rushed to
Children's Medical Center in Dallas. The incident happened at the home on
Windom Street near Highway 78 and 380. The dog was taken by animal control
officers to the pound. About 4 hours later, a 5-year-old boy was attacked by
another pit bull less than a mile away. This time it was a neighbor's dog that
broke its leash and bit the boy on the arm. The boy was sent to a hospital in
Mckinney. The owner of that dog brought it to the Farmersville animal shelter. As
of Monday morning, there has been no update on the condition of each child.

Moon is placed in the 6th house which rules “pets and small animals”
[1]. Aligned with the horizon axis is the Mars-Pluto opposition as part of a
T-square with Jupiter.
Mars represents the anger and animal urge inside us. Pluto
is associated with repressions. When Mars-Pluto form hard aspects the animal
urge starts boiling inside like a volcano waiting to erupt. If we do not
consciously recognize this happening inside ourselves and express it, it will be
brought to our notice through someone else or an outer event that may not be very pleasant.
Here Mars [13cn] is conjunct the star alpha (α) Canis Major,
Sirius- the Dog star [14cn] [2]. Diana Rosenberg links this star to “attacks
and bites of canids (dogs, wolves and jackals etc)”.
The very fact that two incidents related to dog bites
occurred within 4 hrs of each other in the same area would alert astrologers to
the possibility that the same astronomical configuration was at the heart of
the similar events.
