Koreas set to negotiate peace?

South Korea has proposed holding military talks with its northern neighbor, the first such talks since 2014. "We request military talks with the North on July 21 at Tongilgak to stop all hostile activities that raise military tension at the military demarcation line," Vice Defence Minister Suh Choo-suk told a media briefing Monday. 17 July https://sptnkne.ws/eUN8

Eclipses are especially significant for a place if they are placed on the angles or if they aspect them. The September 1, 2016 solar eclipse chart at Tongilgak has the eclipse T-square straddling the meridian. In his essay on the solar eclipse entitled New Directions [1], Nick Fiorenza explains that this eclipse is asking us to make a choice between continuing our old ways of control and domination vs taking a new direction which would require a caring attitude towards all.  Diana Rosenberg is more specific and states that the stars conjunct the eclipse ask for choices must be made between waging war and working for unity and peace.

If we now progress the eclipse chart to July 21, the proposed date of the meeting, we find the eclipse T-square once again makes hard aspects to the meridian and is thereby triggered on that date. Do we know for sure that the two Koreas will take a new tack? Not at all. This simply means that the cosmos offers an opportunity. Taking this opportunity or rejecting it depends entirely on the free will of the leaders.
