Donald Trump flew off for his first meeting with Vladimir Putin — with
instructions from our foreign policy elite that he get into the Russian
president’s face over his hacking in the election of 2016.
The Synastry Chart is the combination of two individuals

Putin’s solar arc Sun and Saturn conjoin Trump’s natal
Moon and opposite his Sun
The stars that
form the backdrop to Trump’s Moon are
those of Ophiuchus, Ara and the Scorpion. Here shaman-magician Ophiuchus,
together with the positive energies of Ara, the Altar and outgoing tropical
Sagittarius work to dispel anxieties and fears, promising a return to joy and
light. The Serpent Bearer is filled with ageless wisdom that can be used for healing and indeed,
mending, restoring and revivifying , people and relationships. The Scorpion’s
sting is also here and the healer may have to wade through the destructiveness
of those around him.
Trump’s Sun is placed amid the stars of Columba, the
Peace loving dove, the belt stars of Orion and the horns of the Bull. The sharp
horn-tips of the head-down charging Bull
can produce combative, eccentric “cranks”, heedless, rude, irritable,
ill-tempered and surly. The juxtaposition of the hunter-warrior Orion, the
aggressive charging Bull can be held in check by the peace-loving dove. About the stars in this

The Horns of the
Bull are marked by El Nath and Al Hecka. The Horns embody the pursuit, struggle, and
engagement in the physical world.
El Nath, Beta
Taurus, is the north horn the Bull. El Nath brings the capacity for tenacious
perseverance for accomplishment, and inspires the drive to continue to
persevere to achieve a breakthrough. El Nath is of worthy pursuit for our
future freedom.
Al Hecka, Zeta
Taurus, the south horn, is of stalemates, standoffs, and brick walls--fighting
old and antiquated crusades--particularly of a religious-political nature--and
blindly or automatically continuing the fight out of habitual pattern even
though the original purpose behind what we were fighting for is long gone.
Alignments with the
Horns ask us to discern the difference between causes of worthy pursuit verses
those driven from antiquated motive. They can produce either type of experience
depending on the exactness of the alignments to one horn or the other, as well
as a blend of both qualities--thus the need to discern whether tenacious
perseverance is required or if is time to simply let the struggle go. This is
the true bullhead few degrees of Taurus, which can produce one who is driven,
insistent, contentious, even forceful--for either the North Horn or South Horn
theme.
Alnilam, eye of the
belt, longitudinally entering the ecliptic between El Nath and Al Hecka, marks
the middle ground for the theme of the horns. Alnilam is arbitrator to split or

Applying this to Trump’s situation we have a President
having to fight against members of the unelected “deep state” who intend to continue the Cold War against Russia despite the
USSR having disintegrated long ago. The outdated policies of NATO must now end
for better relations with Russia and world peace. Trump and Putin are well
placed to mend and restore a healthy relationship between USA and Russia.
Finally, let us look at Trump’s solar arc Pluto conjunct
Putin’s Saturn. Pluto evokes Saturn’s capacity to apply the dogged persistence
to stay focused on any difficult task. Saturn reinforces Pluto’s talent to
remaining committed to an objective no matter how grueling or unsupported by
others. The Sabian symbol of Putin’s radix Saturn adds some detail.
Phase 198: Two men
under arrest
When individuals try
to reform an established order they may be punished by that order. For individuals the challenge is how to make
their transforming vision acceptable to society. The fact that two men are
under arrest suggests a polarization and a purpose transcending a mere fit of
recklessness. Negative as the image may seem, one may see implied in it the
power in every individual to assume social risks in order to express his

The Sabian symbol appears to depict perfectly Trump and Putin’s dilemma. The US Deep State
is working hard to ensure that Trump does not fulfill his election promise and
negotiates peace with Russia. The symbol is actually asking a question…do Tump
and Putin have it within them to take risks and go against the established
order.... to negotiate peace (Columba-the Dove) or continue the antiquated wars (Orion and the Bull).
