The Rape of Persephone, Greek fresco from Macedonian tomb C4th B.C.
Boston
University (BU) is investigating sexual harassment complaints made against a
prominent Antarctic geologist by two of his former graduate students. The women
allege that David Marchant, then an assistant professor, harassed them during
different research expeditions starting 2 decades ago, while they were isolated
in small groups in the Antarctic. In supporting documents and interviews,
several other women report similar treatment from Marchant in that period.

The Greek Haides (or the Roman Pluto) is the god of the
underworld who is portrayed as the rapist in the story THE RAPE OF PERSEPHONE –
a tale of the abduction of the springtime goddess Persephone.
The god of the
underworld, Pluto represents what is buried deep inside of you and needs to be
brought to the light, or to have light brought to it. Thus miners, spelunkers, geologists, subway workers,
psychotherapists, healers, religious leaders and detectives fall under the
positive rays of Pluto. http://www.myastrologybook.com/Pluto-in-astrology.htm
So putting the pieces together a prominent geologist in a
position of authority sexually harassing graduate students in his charge fits
the planetary picture perfectly.
The stars of King Cepheus and his chained daughter Andromeda
form the backdrop to the Full Moon [12ar]. About these stars, Diana Rosenberg
writes: “With Cepheus and Andromeda,
there are often father-daughter issues, including (but not necessarily)
possible physical and or sexual abuse”. Here father-daughter is easily
extended to include relations between authority figures and those in their
charge.
Finally, notice that the chart carries a Venus-Mars
conjunction square Saturn. Once again Saturn rules those in authority while
Venus-Mars is a typical combination associated with sexual harassment.
