Pentagon starts first-ever financial audit

Department of Defense (DOD) officials announced Friday that the agency would undergo the first full-scale audit in its history. Defense Department Comptroller David Norquist said at a press conference that the audit would begin this month. "It is important that the Congress and the American people have confidence in DOD's management of every taxpayer dollar," Norquist said. The announcement comes just two days before the Last Quarter Moon. A chart for the Moon phase at Washington, DC is shown here. As a general rule what is brought up to (or aspects the angles) is significant for the place. Here we have the TNP Zeus on the Ascendant square  Pluto and the asteroid Juno on the IC in Capricorn. Martha Wescott interprets these as follows:

JUNO: Partners; marriage/relationship; maintenance of one's rights or position with other; question of “rights” and fairness/compromise; enforcement of fairness; potential for score-keeping, jealousy, fears of abandonment & infidelity; tallying ($$$ & fairness).
ZEUS: Restrained or creative fire/energy; enthusiasm; controlled & directed forces (thus both planning and controlling strong emotions;) guns, power tools, machines, motors, fireplaces, fuels; excitement; to incite; military; blood pressure; inflammation; ability to harness energies for accomplishment.

Juno-Zeus: Score keeping; tallying ($$$) of military accounts.

Pluto’s stripping away process is programmed to destroy Capricorn’s false walls. The transit serves to expose the corrupt workings of the system - both the rationalizations that perpetuate the reality base, and the corrupt individuals, organizations, corporations, etc., who have learned to use the system to their self-serving advantage. When Pluto transits Capricorn, both those who are ruled and those who rule must learn new lessons in accountability to the whole. In order to make the shift into the paradigms of the coming age, all unfinished business must be resurrected in order for it to be exposed and evolved. Exposure and experience serves to generate the necessary awareness. Pluto’s transit through Capricorn will serve to draw back the curtain until the flaws, failings, and destructiveness of the system become so obvious, they can no longer be ignored [1].
