Is the real problem that Washington can’t
trust others, or rather that other states can’t trust it? Even before Deceitful
Donald showed up, the United States had amassed a pretty good record of
reneging on promises and commitments. At a minimum, Washington cannot claim any
particular virtue or trustworthiness in its dealings with others. In the

In his now famous research Michel Gauquelin showed that
planets within 10 degrees on either side of the Ascendant and Midheaven were
extremely powerful . In the US Sibly, Neptune [22vi25] falls in the Gauquelin
sector. The 10th house of a national chart indicates the leaders or put
another way it is also the
“international identity” of the
country. Neptune here is telling how the
world perceives the country (i.e. confused, deceitful). Moreover, it is
conjunct the star Alkaid [23vi46], eta (η) Ursa Major. Alkaid, is a brilliant
white star on the tail of the Great Bear [1].
Alkaid was known as "the destroyer of nations" by Islamic

The US has lived up to its national chart perfectly. Its
leaders are not only deceitful, it has also been a destroyer of nations!
