Astrology of the Canada bus crash

Auriga – the Charioteer

Police in Canada have confirmed that 14 people were killed when a lorry and a bus carrying a junior ice hockey team collided on Friday evening. The Humboldt Broncos were travelling on Highway 35, north of Tisdale in the province of Saskatchewan. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said 28 people were on the bus, 14 of whom were killed, including the driver. The other 14 aboard the bus have been taken to hospital. Three are in critical condition.  April 7  http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-43679808

A Mars-Saturn conjunction took place on April 2. At Tisdale, the Full Moon of March 31 not only  brings the conjunction to the MC but also completes a Grand Cross that straddles the angles. This implies that Tisdale was one place chosen to feel the malefic energy of the Cross quite significantly.

In her essay The Astrology of Accidents,  Dana Gerhardt writes:

How are accidents written in the heavens? According to Rex Bills’ modern classic, The Rulership Book,1 these sudden and seemingly random events are ruled by Mars and Uranus, and often involve the 1st or 3rd houses. Centuries of traditional texts have given accidents to the malefics Saturn and Mars. https://mooncircles.com/the-astrology-of-accidents/

Unlike the other house cusps, the four angles are allowed an effective orb of 10 degrees. This is something that astrologers learnt from the work of the Michel Gauquelin. Using these orbs we can see that the asteroids Phaethon [18ar] and Orpheus [18cp] make  aspects to the angles and the TNP Zeus and therefore influence the Grand Cross. The asteroid Phaethon is connected to cars  or  other modes of transport while Orpheus rules death so that the bus (Phaethon) accident (Mars-Saturn) lead to the death (Orpheus) of a team (TNP Cupido).

Moreover on the IC is the star Menkalinan, beta Auriga depicted as a Charioteer. But what makes this constellation interesting is the fact  that the Charioteer carries two kid goats (Hoedus I and Hoedus II) on his back. So once again here is a reference to  a fast moving vehicle carrying young people.

Finally, if we progress the Full Moon chart by the solar quotidian method to April 6, the date of the accident, the meridian reaches a conjunction to Saturn triggering the Grand Cross.
